Happy Holidays to All and a fabulous New Year
Just a note to tell all my friends to have a great holiday season. Don't forget WHY we celebrate Christmas, and its not for Santa Claus and presents, but the birth of Christ.
I am so looking forward to the coming year! It appears that all my medical visits are finally slowing down and hoping I will be able to really get things going in 2011. I hope all of you will join me. My passion and mission in life is TO PROMOTE BREAST CANCER AWARENESS AND PREVENTION, SAVE LIVES, FAMILIES, FINANCES, AND BREASTS ALONG THE WAY.
The philosophy I live by is:
DANCE, like nobody is watching
LOVE, like you will never get hurt
SING, like nobody is listening
LIVE< like it is Heaven on Earth
AND NEVER, let a day go by without LAUGHING, even if it is at yourself.

October - Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Please help to spread the word. All women should have no less than mammograms every year from age 40 on. The denser the breast they also recommend an ultrasound as well. If cancer runs in your family it is suggested you start with checkups and mammograms at an earlier age, especially if you have the specific gene, your risks are extremely high.

You are never more than 3 people away from one with breast cancer. Don't forget breast cancer is NOT ONLY A WOMAN'S DISEASE, BUT ALSO A MAN'S. Everyone needs to create a healthy lifestyle to help prevent what you can, and those you can't prevent at least you will be in better shape to deal with the treatments and the stigmas associated with breast cancer, or lumpectomies, or mastectomies.
Support your favorite Breast Cancer Organization, if you don't have one, or even if you do, the Social Vibe widget below is a challenge game for points.Dove Corp. will donate to the Save a Breast Foundation depending on the points you acquire, so keep playing and keep coming back, and they will keep donating.

Don't let life pass you by without enjoying each day as if it were your last, stop to smell the roses, or walk on thee beach, or chase a sunset, spend time with all your loved ones, and make sure they know they are loved. Life is too short to let "the best things in life, are free" pass you by. Wealth is not just created by the monies or assets you have acquired, but the love and relationships and memories you create.

Life After Cancer
When I started this blog, I just had an incredible feeling come over me, and hence this blog. It has taken over a life of its own, Life After Cancer. Just had my regular cancer testing and I AM STILL CANCER FREE, thos words are music to my ears. Have some followup on my kidneys, so not sure if all the treatments damaged my kidney or not. BUT IT WILL TAKE ALOT MORE THAN THAT TO SLOW ME DOWN, AT LEAST not mentally or emotionally. My adrenalin keeps me young and keeps me going. Life is good, Make the most of every day of your life. No matter what your past is, remember today is the first day of the rest of your life.In the coming months I am hoping to get to London to meet my fiance's Mum and friends, and possibly a trip to Belize. I plan on enjoying Each and Every Day of the rest of my life to the fullest. Don't just get busy working and forgetting to take time out to play and Enjoy Life, and realize each day is only the first day of the rest of your life, so you can always CHOOSE to make it different. En joy my journey with me. Give me your thoughts of your visions Of Heaven on Earth or Paradise.

Heaven on Earth - My Vision of Paradise
So this has always been my dream retirement and now that I am healthy again I am on my way
to achieving just that. Looking at Belize, small, quaint, no heavy duty traffic, 200 islands, rainforests, over 600 different species found, WOW. Some of the old Mayan ruins are also in Belize which borders Mexico. Give me one year to get back on my feet and my vision of paradise will be real. Life is but a journey, we live through many bumps in the road and even taking the wrong choice when the fork in the road appears. It's what you learn in life from your adventures that makes you the person you become. I started a new journey this year and the destination is Heaven on Earth.
